WHO ARE WE & WHAT’S OUR MISSION?
At 7hydroxyRAW, we’re a small team driven by passion, purpose, and a deep belief in the power of 7-hydroxymitragynine. Our mission is simple: to pay it forward. We’re here to make high-quality, effective products accessible to everyday users—without the inflated price tags.
This journey is personal. One of our founding members found life-changing relief through 7-OH after years of chronic pain and reliance on pharmaceutical medications. That experience sparked a deeper commitment to helping others find the same kind of freedom and relief.
Since then, we’ve heard powerful stories from people all over—from veterans coping with trauma, to those recovering from injuries, to individuals managing conditions like Crohn’s disease. Many of our customers live with severe, chronic pain—ranging from cancer and Parkinson’s to fibromyalgia and other long-term conditions. For many, 7-OH has become a crucial part of their wellness toolkit, helping with pain, anxiety, and sleep when nothing else seemed to work.

HOW IS 7HYDROXYMITRAGYNINE MADE?
7-Hydroxymitragynine (7-OH) is a natural compound found in very small amounts in the kratom plant (Mitragyna speciosa). To create a consistent and effective product, we use a semi-synthetic process that starts with mitragynine, the most abundant alkaloid in kratom.
Here’s a simplified breakdown of the process:
- Extraction – Mitragynine is extracted from kratom leaves.
- Conversion – Through a controlled oxidation reaction, mitragynine is converted into 7-OH.
- Purification – The resulting 7-OH is isolated and purified using lab-grade techniques.
- Testing – Every batch undergoes third-party lab testing to confirm potency, consistency, and purity.
This process allows us to offer a precisely dosed product made in a medical-grade environment. While 7-OH is lab-converted, it is not synthetic—it’s derived from the plant itself and enhanced through safe, controlled methods.
DO WE OFFER SAMPLES?
As much as we'd love to offer free samples to everyone and let the results speak for themselves, we currently don’t have the resources to provide samples or single tablets due to our new fulfillment process. In the past, we were able to bless orders with samples, but with our updated system, we can no longer accommodate these requests. We understand the desire to try before committing, but we're confident that if you ordered only one tablet, you’d end up wishing you ordered more anyway!
To ensure everyone can still experience our products, we've made small quantities available at wholesale pricing. This way, we can accommodate any budget and allow you to enjoy our high-quality products without breaking the bank.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT, AND HOW WILL THE CHARGE APPEAR ON MY STATEMENT?
Payment Update:
Unfortunately, our CashApp and Venmo accounts have been closed—likely due to the nature of what we offer. We’re actively working on securing an alternative payment option as soon as possible.
If you’re unable to pay by credit card and have ordered from us before, feel free to email us directly. We’ll do our best to accommodate returning customers on a case-by-case basis.
Credit card charges will appear on your statement as RAW ENTERPRISES.
WHAT DAYS SO WE SHIP AND WHEN IS OUR SAME DAY SHIPPING CUTOFF?
Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 12pm (PST) on business days will be processed and shipped out the same day.
Orders placed after 12pm (PST) will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or during holidays will be processed the next available business day.

WHAT IS OUR SHIPPING POLICY? AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND?

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO EVERYTHING IN OUR POWER TO HONOR OUR SAME-DAY SHIPPING PROMISE FOR ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 12 NOON PST, AND THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY FOR ORDERS PLACED AFTER 12 NOON PST OR ON WEEKENDS.
ONCE ORDERS LEAVE OUR HANDS, WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER SHIPPING CARRIER DELAYS. SHIPPING ESTIMATES ARE ONLY ESTIMATES.
UPS NEXT DAY AIR is the only method that comes with a delivery guarantee, but it’s important to understand that even this service has limitations. UPS will not issue refunds for delays they consider “outside of their control.” This includes mechanical issues (like a failed truck or airplane), flight delays, weather conditions (even when it’s not affecting your area), natural disasters, customs delays, strikes, and other force majeure events. In these cases, UPS will deny the refund request, and unfortunately, we are not able to absorb those costs as we have in the past.
A refund for Next Day Air shipping is only possible if the package misses the guaranteed delivery window and the delay is not due to one of the exceptions above. We've learned firsthand that UPS often classifies mechanical and logistical issues as ineligible—so while the service is fast and reliable most of the time, it’s not a risk-free guarantee.
IF A PACKAGE SHOWS AS DELIVERED, THAT IS CONSIDERED OUR PROOF OF DELIVERY. WE CANNOT SEND A REPLACEMENT UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES.

PLEASE TRIPLE-CHECK THAT YOUR ADDRESS IS ENTERED CORRECTLY AND THAT YOU CHOOSE THE DESIRED SHIPPING METHOD AND CARRIER—WE CANNOT MODIFY THIS AFTER THE ORDER IS PLACED.
USPS OCCASIONALLY MISSES SCANS. IF YOUR ORDER WAS PLACED BEFORE OUR SHIPPING CUTOFF, IT WAS PICKED UP THE SAME DAY. IF PLACED AFTER, IT WAS PICKED UP THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.
THERE IS NO ROOM FOR ERROR IN OUR COPACKER'S OPERATION. IF YOU RECEIVED TRACKING INFORMATION, YOUR ORDER WAS OR WILL BE PICKED UP THAT SAME DAY.
Shipping & Order Updates
ALL orders are shipped out of Utah, and our shipping cutoff for same-day shipping remains the same—Monday-Friday by 12 PM PST. Orders placed after this or over the weekend will ship the following business day.
Our new co-packers have a different way of doing things than what you might have been used to when we were handling fulfillment. They are a much larger facility, allowing them to pack all orders in a very short amount of time, with scheduled pickups from UPS and USPS between 3-4 PM MST. Because of this, you will sometimes not receive a tracking email until right before this time. Also, your package will not scan right away, but rest assured, it WILL be on the truck at pickup time. Packages aren’t scanned until later in the evening when they’re off the truck, as it’s not feasible to scan thousands of packages before loading.
We kindly ask that you only reach out if your package appears to be lost, as shipping delays are unfortunately beyond our control. If your tracking shows no updates for an extended period or the package hasn't arrived several days after the expected delivery date, please contact us, and we’ll open an investigation to assist you and send out a replacement if necessary.
UPS sometimes blames delays on weather (an "act of God") as a way to not be accountable for their shipping guarantees, and USPS doesn't offer any excuses since they don’t offer guarantees, only estimated delivery dates. Please note, estimated shipping times are just that and do not factor in shipment day or weekends or holidays.

Tracking Information:
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an automated email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delays and Exceptions
While we strive to meet our estimated shipping timelines, please be aware that unforeseen factors—such as extreme weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unexpected circumstances—may affect delivery times. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
Address Accuracy
To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure that the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses due to customer error.

Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to ship to the following states:
Alabama
Arkansas
Indiana
Rhode Island
Vermont
Wisconsin
Additionally, we cannot ship to specific cities or counties in otherwise eligible states, including:
San Diego, CA
Denver, CO
Sarasota County, FL
Jerseyville, IL
Union County, MS
Franklin, NH

International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. All orders must be shipped to a valid address within the United States.

USPS Priority Mail
Estimated delivery in 2–5 business days (though it often leans toward 4+ days)
No guaranteed delivery date
Includes tracking and $100 insurance
Delivers Monday–Saturday
More affordable, but slower and less predictable
USPS Priority Mail Express
Guaranteed delivery in 1–3 days, depending on the destination
Most locations receive orders in 1–2 days, but remote/rural areas may take 3
Delivers 7 days a week, including Sundays in some areas
Includes tracking, $100 insurance, and a money-back guarantee (unless delayed by weather or other exceptions)
Higher cost, but ideal for time-sensitive orders
ARE IN- PERSON PICKUPS AVAILABLE?
Sadly, no. When we handled fulfillment in-house, we were occasionally able to accommodate local pickups—and I genuinely loved those moments of connecting with our community. However, now that we've moved fulfillment to our copackers in Utah, in-person pickups are no longer possible. Their operation runs out of massive warehouses fulfilling orders for hundreds of companies, and they simply don’t have the capacity to offer this kind of service.
The good news? If you're located in or near Utah, your package will most likely arrive the very next day—regardless of which shipping method you choose!
ARE OUR PACKAGES DISCREET?
Yes! All orders are shipped in small, plain brown boxes with no indication of what’s inside. The shipping label lists the sender as RAW, so there’s no mention of the product or our website anywhere on the package. Your privacy is always our priority.
DO WE OFFER REFUNDS?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. 7-OH is an intelligent alkaloid derived from a plant, and it interacts uniquely with every individual’s body chemistry. While we’re proud to have a loyal community that loves our products for their mouth-watering flavors and accurately dosed potency, we understand that we may not be everyone’s cup of tea.
Because this alkaloid affects everyone differently, we strongly encourage first-time buyers to start with a small order to see how it aligns with their system. Things like hydration, sleep, and even what you’ve eaten that day can all impact your experience.
Due to the nature of what we sell, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges—once a product leaves our hands, we cannot restock or resell it, even if it’s sent back. As much as we value our customers, we have to protect the integrity of our inventory.
