Damaged or Missing Products

Exchanges for Damaged Products
If an exchange is approved for a damaged product:
- We will determine the return shipping process based on the product and available options.
- Typically, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for your return or reimburse USPS First Class shipping costs.
